Desires easy returns & exchanges policy is hassle-free and simple. You need to exchange a product within 7 days.

For exchange customer will send the return merchandise on mentioned address and we will re dispatch your desired product in 36 hours

We ask that you preserve the product in its original condition along with its tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to maintain its condition.

Products that are sold as packs cannot be returned as individual items.

Pantys-Shape wear & Innerwear are not exchangeable due to hygienic issue

Sale items are non-returnable.

Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, we will not be able to gift wrap any replacements you have asked for.
