Easy Returns & Exchanges Policy

• We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 7 Days of purchase for an exchange.
• Pantys shapewear and other intimate’s items are non-exchangeable due to hygiene issues
  Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
• Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
• Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
• Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
• We ask that you preserve the product in its original condition along with its tags, and packaging.
• Products that are sold as packs cannot be returned as individual items.
  Sale items are non-returnable.
• Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, we will not be able to gift wrap any replacements you have asked for.
